Put text styles right on your keyboard

UKeyboard does not require an account and does not sync to the cloud. Configure mapping sets in the app, then type the matching Unicode characters directly from the keyboard.

Built-in styles

Start with script, outlined circle, filled circle, outlined square, filled square, monospace, and other common styles.

Custom mappings

Edit letter and number mappings one by one, create your own input sets, and switch between them from the keyboard.

Import and share

Export, share, and import mapping sets as .ukmset files so your favorite styles can move between devices or friends.

How to enable

After installing, add UKeyboard in iOS keyboard settings, then switch to it from any text field.

Add the keyboard

Open iOS Settings, then go to General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, and choose UKeyboard.

Choose a set

Select a built-in style in the UKeyboard app, or create and import your own mapping set.

Start typing

Switch to UKeyboard in any app. Keys output styled characters based on the selected mapping set.

Haptic and sound feedback require enabling β€œAllow Full Access” for the keyboard in iOS Settings. UKeyboard uses this permission to read locally saved mapping sets and feedback toggles; it does not send your keyboard input to developer servers.
